2008 Meetings
The Winchester Historic Preservation Commission meets in City Hall at 6:00PM on the third Thursday of each month. Applications must be received at least three weeks prior to the scheduled meeting dates to be heard at that month's HPC meeting (if full review is determined to be necessary -- see the Frequently Asked Questions page for more information).
All meetings are open to the public. Our 2008 schedule is as follows:
