HPC Meeting (open to the public)
The Winchester Historic Preservation Commission meets in City Hall at 6:00PM on the third Thursday of each month.*
Applications must be received 3 weeks prior to the next month's scheduled meeting (if full review is determined to be necessary -- see the Frequently Asked Questions page for more information).
All meetings are open to the public.
* Meeting dates are subject to occasional change. Should a meeting date or time change, notice will be given on this site.
